Craft Peptides Management Services Organization (“Craft Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a 100% self-pay, cash-pay practice. We do not accept, bill, or coordinate with any insurance provider, government health program, or third-party payer of any kind. Please read this notice carefully before enrolling.
Craft Peptides does not accept, participate in, or bill any of the following:
Craft Peptides will not submit claims, superbills, or any billing documentation to Medicare, Medicaid, or any private insurance carrier on your behalf — for any reason, at any time.
We do not provide insurance-compatible billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) for the purpose of insurance reimbursement. Any documentation we provide is for your personal records only and is not formatted for insurance submission.
Please note: Even if you attempt to submit a claim to your insurance on your own, the services, medications, and treatments offered by Craft Peptides are not expected to be covered. We cannot predict or guarantee any reimbursement outcome and are not responsible for claim denials.
The treatments and medications available through Craft Peptides fall outside standard insurance coverage for the following reasons:

All fees are disclosed to you before any purchase is made. You will never be charged without your explicit authorization. Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered or medications have been dispensed, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Transparency: Our full fee schedule is available at any time by contacting support@craftpeptides.com. Pricing is also displayed in your patient portal at the time of ordering.
Because Craft Peptides does not participate with any insurance plan, there is no “balance billing.” The price you are quoted is the price you pay — there are no hidden insurance adjustments, claim denials, or surprise bills after the fact. What you see is what you owe.
