SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during account creation or at any other point on our platform, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Craft Peptides at the phone number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

You may receive the following types of messages:

• •Transactional messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices
• •Care-related messages — lab result notifications, prescription status updates, medication calendar reminders, and follow-up scheduling
• •Account messages — identity verification codes, password resets, and account alerts
• •Promotional messages — occasional wellness content, service updates, and special offers from Craft Peptides

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, appointment schedule, and treatment plan. You may receive multiple messages per week during active treatment periods, and fewer messages during inactive periods. We will not send more than 30 messages per month unless related to time-sensitive care communications (such as urgent prescription or lab notifications).

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier for sending and receiving text messages. Craft Peptides is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days as required by federal law. Please note that opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive healthcare services from Craft Peptides, but you may miss time-sensitive appointment reminders and care notifications.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

Your phone number and opt-in consent information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy & Notice of Privacy Practices. We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Information shared via SMS is limited to non-PHI communications (such as appointment times and general reminders). We will never include specific health information, diagnoses, medication names, or lab results in text messages. Any PHI-related communications will be conducted through our secure patient portal.

Text messages from Craft Peptides will be sent from a dedicated phone number or short code. Messages will identify Craft Peptides as the sender. We will never request sensitive personal information (such as your Social Security number, credit card number, or password) via text message. If you receive a suspicious text claiming to be from Craft Peptides requesting such information, do not respond and contact us immediately.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or treatment from Craft Peptides. You may decline SMS consent and still use our platform, book consultations, and receive care. However, you may need to rely on email or the patient portal for appointment reminders and care notifications if you opt out of SMS.

Except for urgent care-related notifications (such as prescription shipment alerts), we will not send marketing or promotional text messages before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in your local time zone.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by text message or through our platform. Your continued receipt of messages after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These SMS Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and applicable federal laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Any dispute arising from these SMS Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
